Small Group Training membership allows access to Fitness Class Offerings with limited to no more than 10 people. Each class is 60 to 75 minutes in duration. Members are led through an extended warm up targeting mobility, stability, general movement, glute activation, dynamic flexibility, and neural activation.
Small Group Training (In-Person) is $185 per month for 5 days per week of training. The package also includes a Virtual Travel Option (assess to Virtual Small Group Training while out of town).
Virtual Small Group Training (Online) is $150 per month for 5 days per week of training. You will join classes LIVE via Skype. You will be Skyped in during the in-person session times.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning will consist of “Strength Days” composed of stability training, rotational training, speed-power/plyometrics, medicine ball, and strength training. “Conditioning Days” will be devoted to linear/ multidirectional movement skills, linear/ multidirectional plyometrics, and anaerobic endurance training. Movements will be progressed/regressed to meet individual needs. Based upon fitness level and training experience, clients will be trained to use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, trapbar, resistance bands, medicine ball, and more.
Metabolic Medley is a series of interval training sessions focused on improving endurance. These sessions will supplement Strength & Conditioning in supporting the training adaptations of increasing endurance and decreasing body fat percentage. Clients who have the goal of “leaning out” will be encouraged to attend these sessions in addition to Monday, Wednesday, Friday Strength & Conditioning Sessions.
Movement Workshop is “recovery day” the goal of these sessions will be to decrease workload and regenerate. The sessions will consist of soft tissue (foam rolling), mobility, and dynamic flexibility. This will be a chill day for clients to relax, reset, and decompress.
