Small Group Performance

Sessions slots are LIMITED to 10 people. Each class is approximately 1 hour. . We have Strength Days (Mondays/ Wednesdays) and Conditioning Days (Tuesdays/ Thursdays). Sessions are individualized to meet each person where they are and challenge them.

Strength | Conditioning

Strength Days” are composed of stability training, rotational training, speed-power/plyometrics, medicine ball, and strength training. “Conditioning Days” are devoted to linear/ multidirectional movement skills, linear/ multidirectional plyometrics, and anaerobic endurance training. Movements will be progressed/regressed to meet individual needs. Based upon fitness level and training experience, clients will be trained to use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, trapbar, resistance bands, medicine ball, and more.
