
Small Group Performance
Sessions slots are LIMITED to 10 people. Each class is approximately 1 hour. . We have Strength Days (Mondays/ Wednesdays) and Conditioning Days (Tuesdays/ Thursdays). Sessions are individualized to meet each person where they are and challenge them.
Training Schedule
Training is Monday through Thursday.
