Self Care Friday is a day for YOU to take care of you so that you can be in the best space to care for others. Self Care Friday is a day for you to intentionally do an activity for self care. Coach Khari knows first hand how important it is to rest, recover, prevent burn out, and re-center. “What does self care mean to you?”
Via the @konnectedfitness Instagram Live we will lead you through a 30-minute active recovery session. The session will go live Fridays at 7:00 AM.
