
Structure of Private Performance
These are PRIVATE sessions of 1-3 people in which the clients meet in an isolated manner with the Coach. The first session will consist of a movement assessment, mobility session, and an opportunity to discuss personal history. Fitness programs are individualized based on results of movement assessment, client goals, and injury/medical history.
Each session is 1 hour. Your program will feature both Strength Days AND Conditioning Days. You will start with our Foundation I Training Phase. You will have to the opportunity progressively training and challenge yourself through future phases in our Signature Konnected Fitness Training Program.
Program is designed for pain reduction, injury reduction, increased strength/endurance, and helping you to not only LOOK your best but FEEL your best.

Training is Monday- Saturday by appointment with Coach Khari.
