Weekly Menu released on Wednesday
You are able to Select (2) Options for the menu
Meals are freshly prepared on Mondays
Meals will be available to take home from the Gym on Tuesdays

The purpose of my business that makes me most of proud of myself is that with MealPreppingwithShantie I use both my Master’s in Social Work degree and meal prepping skills to help build rapport, coach, and mentor my customers through their transition to living a healthier lifestyle.
